We designed all of our camping hammocks to seamlessly integrate with our broad lineup of accessories to elevate your outdoor experiences. With eight gear loops along the side of our hammocks, you can attach a pillow, snap in sleep insulation like our Firebelly 30 trail quilt, or simply keep small items off the ground.

The Roo Double hammock neatly packs into an attached roll-top, water-resistant stuff sack about the size of a jar of peanut butter. Keep it in your day pack or the backseat of your car, and you’ll always be ready to hang.

Do I need to order carabiners and straps?
Each Roo Double hammock comes with a set (2) of Kanga Claw carabiners. Straps are not included. Order a set of Python 10 straps (or one of our other straps) to get your hammock off the ground and your adventure on its way.
Why are there loops along the sides of the Roo Double?
Gear loops are for quick access to gear. Attach a trail quilt, water bottle, headlamp, stuff sack, kendama, or any gear you always want ready. For hammock campers, these gear loops are an excellent way to keep your hammock underquilt or top quilt in place. Our Roo Double pairs well with our line of trail quilts, check out the Firebelly 30, Bobcat 45, and Arctos 20.
How many people can fit in the Roo Double?
With a max capacity of 500 lb, the Roo Double can comfortably fit two when lounging. If you're camping overnight, we recommend only one person sleep in the hammock for a better night's sleep.
How do I wash my Roo Double?
Hand washing your hammock with cold water and Grangers Down Wash + Repel is best for extending its useful life, but it can also be cleaned in a front-load washing machine (do not use a washing machine with an agitator).
Washing machine instructions:
- Remove the carabiners and slings prior to wash.
- If the Roo is soiled or stained, use the recommended amount of Grangers Down Wash + Repel. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or stain removal products.
- Wash the hammock by itself using the gentle/cold water setting.
- Hang to dry. The hammock will dry quickly in warm/dry environment. Do not stuff back in stuff sack damp or wet.

We offer free shipping the contiguous US for order over $199! This obviously excludes super heavy and freight items. Alaska and Hawaii are sometimes difficult, so you most likely will receive a call from us, as we may incur extra shipping fees.
Regular orders
All Items will be shipped as the customer chooses at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided. If there are special delivery instructions, please leave them in the notes.
All items will be properly padded and packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, it is up to the buyer to contact the shipper and file a claim, as all products are insured for the amount of purchase.
Freight orders
We do our best to calculate Freight costs at checkout, but to get the most accurate shipping costs we suggest reaching out to us in advance. Over phone or email so we can give you the spot on costs, get more delivery details and make arrangements easier.

Return policy
GTFO is happy to offer a 30-day refund from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in new condition, in original packaging, for full refund. If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer's warranty, and reach out to them on behalf of our customers. The warranty of any product purchased can be found in the product owner's manual or online.

- All returned products must be in new condition, and in original packaging
- It is the buyer's responsibility to either bring or ship the product back to us at their cost before a refund is issued.
- We do not offer refunds on Gift cards.

If the product purchased does not meet the needs of the customer, we will absolutely do our best to make it right for the customer. This may include an alternative product, or other means to create a positive experience for both the customer and ourselves.
As long as the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund. Please know that we have to charge a 3% fee on the transaction, to cover the charges that PayPal/Shopify/Mastercard charge us every time a transaction is made.
WARRANTY: For products that are being returned due to a warranty claim, GTFO will in some cases, replace the product out of dealer stock, and get credit from the manufacturer. However, in some cases, we will have to let the manufacturer of the product send a replacement.
