Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Our current policy offers free shipping on eligible orders over $199.99 to the contiguous US, excluding heavy and freight items. Timing depends on the product, availability and fulfillment source. Check the product page and ask us about any date you need to meet before ordering. We provide tracking when an order ships. We do not promise same-day dispatch or one delivery window for every product.

Our current refund policy provides a 15-day window from the purchase date for eligible products in new condition and original packaging, with the original receipt. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies to canceled or returned orders. Gift cards, sale items, purchases using discount codes and specified custom-made products are excluded from refunds. They cover conditions, strengths, limitations and who the gear suits, with contributor relationships disclosed. Customer reviews remain separately labeled. We do not manufacture a field test to fill an empty space.
