HOW TO USE:
Hook to the Front Runner Roof Rack Black Tie Down Rings / Eye Nuts or Stainless Steel Tie Down Rings or loop around the slats or side profiles and fasten the Stratchit to itself.
You can even remove the carabiner and loop the Stratchit through itself - to fasten around any roof rack rail, railing, pole, bumper, tire carrier.... etc.
WARNINGS:
Please read and follow all these warnings carefully -- failure to do so could result in cargo damage and could cause injury.
Do not over tighten. Use only hand leverage.
Never stand in the direct path of the Stratchit when tensioning to prevent the risk of injury should the strap become detached.
Loads settle. Check Stratchit after first 10 miles of driving and each 50 miles thereafter.
User to evaluate working load and requirements. DO NOT use to support human weight under any circumstance.
Check the Stratchit regularly for signs of deterioration or damage.
To ensure longevity, please remove the Stratchit from the sun and weather elements when not in use.
Make sure that the points of attachment to the vehicle or trailer are of sufficient strength to withstand the maximum loading that will be produced during use.
Take additional care if securing large objects that may be subject to aerodynamic lifting forces caused by bumps. Always use the appropriate number of straps and drive at reduced speeds to minimize the effects of these forces.

We offer free shipping the contiguous US for order over $199.99! This obviously excludes super heavy and freight items. Alaska and Hawaii are sometimes difficult, so you most likely will receive a call from us, as we may incur extra shipping fees. PO Boxes can sometimes be difficult, depending on the size of the package, so we may email to ask for an address that accepts UPS or FedEx, which more easily allow us to ship to you for free. Otherwise, we do reserve the right to cancel your order.
Regular orders
All Items will be shipped as the customer chooses at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided. If there are special delivery instructions, please leave them in the notes.
All items will be properly padded and packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, it is up to the buyer to contact the shipper and file a claim, as all products are insured for the amount of purchase.
Freight orders
We do our best to calculate Freight costs at checkout, but to get the most accurate shipping costs we suggest reaching out to us in advance. Over phone or email so we can give you the spot on costs, get more delivery details and make arrangements easier.

Return policy
GTFO is happy to offer a 15-day refund from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in new condition, in original packaging, for full refund. If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer's warranty, and reach out to them on behalf of our customers. The warranty of any product purchased can be found in the product owner's manual or online.
- Buyer must supply the original sales receipt.
- All returned products must be in new condition, and in original packaging
- It is the buyer's responsibility to either bring or ship the product back to us at their cost before a refund is issued.
- We do not offer refunds on Gift cards.
- There are no refunds on sale items.
- There are no refunds on items purchased using discount codes
- There are no refunds on custom-made products, such as Goose Gear plate systems, or Wild Top Truck caps. If you received the wrong product and it is an error on our end, of course we will take care of you.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all canceled or returned orders.
If the product purchased does not meet the needs of the customer, we will absolutely do our best to make it right for the customer. This may include an alternative product, or other means to create a positive experience for both the customer and ourselves.
As long as the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund, MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
WARRANTY: For products that are being returned due to a warranty claim, GTFO will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf, to help sort the problem out. Please contact us first if you believe you have a defective product, as often we will want to ship it back to the manufacturer, instead of us.
