The content gap is a growth problem.

Can your content
keep up with
your ambition?

Your team built a product worth buying. Now it has to keep finding new ways to show people why.

That takes creators, stories, shoots, edits and distribution—week after week, across more channels. Without a repeatable production system, every campaign becomes another scramble.

The research shows where teams get stuck: keeping up with demand, making enough fresh content and turning attention into action.

A bigger media budget
won’t make the stories.

When production cannot keep up, your next campaign runs into the same limits. Creator Lab brings the creators, storytelling, production and distribution together—so you can build demand without building an entire content department.

We are demand generators.

You manufacture.
We generate
the demand.

GTFO Creator Lab turns one real product experience into an entire digital ecosystem: video, social, email, editorial and commerce.

We build an omnichannel strategy with the potential to put your product in front of millions of buyers. The right creators tell the story. Our production team brings it to life. Our distribution strategy takes it beyond your own audience.

01 / FIND THE CREATORS

We match your brand
with the right people.

We find creators whose experience, audience and interests fit your product.

02 / BUILD THE STORY

We script around
real use.

We build the story around real situations that show why your product matters.

03 / CREATE THE ECOSYSTEM

We turn one experience
into a full campaign.

We produce video, social and written content that works together across channels.

04 / EXPAND THE REACH

We take your story
beyond your audience.

We distribute through creators, GTFO and approved editorial partners to reach new potential buyers.

05 / OPTIMIZE & SCALE

We find what works.
Then we scale it.

We analyze the response, improve the content and focus the next campaign on what drives demand and sales.

People make the proof

The next layer of growth / Carbon Media

Creator stories.
Editorial reach.
More room
to grow.

The Carbon Media editorial opportunity gives a creator story another place to work: a relevant publication where readers are already exploring the category.

We’ve developed a model that pairs GTFO production with Carbon’s editorial audiences. An approved article can embed the creator’s long-form video, adding product context and another route to the agreed destination. Short-form work supports discovery across agreed channels.

Find new readers. Reach beyond your existing followers through a relevant editorial property.

Answer the next question. Pair the video with written context, product details and a clear next step.

Give the story a longer life. Create another opportunity for discovery after the launch window, subject to publishing terms.

Creator trust is
part of the product.

Real experience. Named creators. Honest limits and trade-offs. Clear disclosure of brand relationships. We agree factual claims and deliverables with you; creators keep their own conclusions.

Do we have to sell through GTFO?

No. A catalog partnership connects eligible products to the GTFO store and affiliate program. A separately scoped brand campaign can direct its next step to your website or a dealer.

How does a catalog partnership work?

We agree dealer terms, fulfillment responsibilities and catalog access. Eligible Shopify catalogs can connect through an agreed integration. GTFO handles the storefront and customer conversation; the brand fulfills orders under the agreed process.

What do you need from our team?

A named product contact, verified specifications and restrictions, appropriate product access and a clear objective. Catalog partners also provide pricing, inventory, dealer terms and current lead times.

Can we reuse the content?

Yes, where agreed in the contract. Channels, duration, credit, editing permissions, paid usage and exclusivity are defined before production so your team knows exactly what it can deploy.

Is editorial placement guaranteed?

Placement on Carbon Media properties depends on fit, inventory, an agreed scope and editorial approval. We confirm the deliverables and distribution plan before the campaign begins.

The evidence behind the content gap

Real constraints.
Documented by research.

These studies show the pressure on marketing teams. They describe the challenge Creator Lab is designed to address; they are not a forecast of any brand’s results.

01 / Adobe: demand, content variation and platform fit

Adobe’s 2025 research across more than 1,600 marketers found that 62% reported content demand had increased at least fivefold over the prior two years. 37% cited insufficient fresh variations to keep paid social relevant; 56% named understanding what resonates across platforms as their biggest social-content challenge.

Published June 16, 2025. These are marketer-reported organizational pressures, not measured requirements for every consumer brand. The public article describes large production operations; it is not a benchmark specifically for small outdoor ecommerce teams.

02 / CMI: manufacturing’s production and effectiveness gaps

CMI and MarketingProfs’ 2025 manufacturing report found that 54% lacked a scalable content-creation model and 66% struggled to create content that prompts action.

104 manufacturing respondents to a global survey fielded June–August 2024. 78% worked for B2B brands; 22% for mixed B2B/B2C brands. These findings describe manufacturing marketers’ reported challenges, not all consumer-product brands.

03 / Kantar: engagement does not always mean brand effectiveness

Kantar analyzed more than 15,000 branded creator assets across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram. Only 6% combined strong platform engagement with strong brand-building potential.

This is a creative-effectiveness assessment, not a finding that 94% of creator campaigns failed or lost money. Brand-building potential is distinct from actual sales or profit.
