Details - Dragonfly 180 Awning

The Eezi-Awn Dragonfly 180 Awning is a lightweight, easy-to-use rollup bag awning that provides 180-degrees of protection from the elements. The awning can be setup in less than a minute thanks to the self-contained aluminum framework that easily rolls out and locks into position with a simple twist; reversing these steps makes for a takedown of equal time! It provides 95 sq. ft. of shade.

The Dragonfly 180 Awning shares the same construction as their Bat 270 and Manta 270 Awnings, featuring a waterproof 260-gram ripstop canvas panel, fully adjustable legs (compatible with stakes) to any terrain or height up to 92" (2300mm), and a UV-resistant PVC cover made from the same material used on pickup tonneau covers. The front leg is intentionally designed to sit slightly in from 90 degrees forward in order to miss the front of your vehicle. Best of all, it's made in Eezi-Awn’s Johannesburg South Africa facility, the same facility as their famous Series 3 and XKLUSIV roof top tents. It's guaranteed quality that you can rely on!

Installation

The Eezi-Awn Dragonfly 180 Awning is designed to easily mount to a vertical surface.  Eezi-Awn has developed mounts to attach this awning to their K9 Roof Racks and Load Bar Systems. Check out our Awning Mounts Page.  Specific mounting requirements may vary between vehicles and with other racks. Shipping & frieght

Whoa Free shipping!

We offer free shipping the contiguous US for order over $199.99!  This obviously excludes super heavy and freight items. Alaska and Hawaii are sometimes difficult, so you most likely will receive a call from us, as we may incur extra shipping fees. PO Boxes can sometimes be difficult, depending on the size of the package, so we may email to ask for an address that accepts UPS or FedEx, which more easily allow us to ship to you for free. Otherwise, we do reserve the right to cancel your order. 

Regular orders

All Items will be shipped as the customer chooses at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided. If there are special delivery instructions, please leave them in the notes.

All items will be properly padded and packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, it is up to the buyer to contact the shipper and file a claim, as all products are insured for the amount of purchase.

Freight orders

We do our best to calculate Freight costs at checkout, but to get the most accurate shipping costs we suggest reaching out to us in advance. Over phone or email so we can give you the spot on costs, get more delivery details and make arrangements easier.

Return policy

GTFO is happy to offer a 15-day refund from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in new condition, in original packaging, for full refund. If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer's warranty, and reach out to them on behalf of our customers. The warranty of any product purchased can be found in the product owner's manual or online.

  • Buyer must supply the original sales receipt. 
  • All returned products must be in new condition, and in original packaging
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to either bring or ship the product back to us at their cost before a refund is issued.
  • We do not offer refunds on Gift cards.
  • There are no refunds on sale items.
  • There are no refunds on items purchased using discount codes
  • There are no refunds on custom-made products, such as Goose Gear plate systems, or Wild Top Truck caps. If you received the wrong product and it is an error on our end, of course we will take care of you.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all canceled or returned orders.

If the product purchased does not meet the needs of the customer, we will absolutely do our best to make it right for the customer. This may include an alternative product, or other means to create a positive experience for both the customer and ourselves. 

As long as the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund, MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. 

WARRANTY: For products that are being returned due to a warranty claim, GTFO will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf, to help sort the problem out. Please contact us first if you believe you have a defective product, as often we will want to ship it back to the manufacturer, instead of us.
