Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to GTFO Creator Lab, operated by GTFO OPERATING COMPANY, LLC (“GTFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying, creating a profile, connecting a social account, or using Creator Lab, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your contact information current, and protect any credentials or invitation links associated with your account.
Creator Lab services
Creator Lab may provide creator profiles, media kits, campaign discovery, shortlists, social analytics, campaign management, reporting, communications, and related services. Features may change as the service develops. Participation does not guarantee selection for a campaign, payment, product, travel, or any other opportunity.
Connected social accounts
When you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or another service, you authorize GTFO to retrieve the account information and analytics shown on the permission screen. Connections are designed for identity and analytics access. GTFO does not receive your provider password and does not use the connection to publish, edit, or delete content. You may revoke access through the provider or request disconnection from Creator Lab.
Creator responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Comply with platform rules, advertising laws, disclosure requirements, campaign briefs, and applicable agreements.
- Do not misuse Creator Lab, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Keep nonpublic campaign, brand, creator, and platform information confidential when required.
Campaign agreements and payment
Each paid campaign or other commercial engagement may have a separate agreement, statement of work, brief, or insertion order covering deliverables, usage rights, timing, approvals, payment, expenses, exclusivity, disclosure, and cancellation. If campaign terms conflict with these general terms, the campaign terms control for that engagement.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting profile materials to Creator Lab, you grant GTFO a limited, nonexclusive license to store, display, format, and share those materials as needed to operate Creator Lab, evaluate opportunities, and administer campaigns. Any broader brand usage rights must be stated in the applicable campaign agreement.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users or systems, address misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Creator Lab and request account closure at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Creator Lab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTFO disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from Creator Lab. These limits do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Creator Lab changes. The revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
