Creator Lab Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how GTFO OPERATING COMPANY, LLC (“GTFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information through GTFO Creator Lab.
Information we collect
- Contact and profile information, including name, email address, creator biography, location, social handles, and campaign preferences.
- Information a creator chooses to provide for a media kit, campaign, application, or support request.
- Data received from connected services such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram after the creator grants permission, including account identifiers, profile details, audience and performance analytics, engagement, content statistics, and demographic insights when the platform makes them available.
- Connection records, authorization status, security logs, device and browser information, and usage data needed to operate and protect Creator Lab.
How we use information
- Build and update creator profiles and media kits.
- Evaluate fit for campaigns and prepare creator shortlists.
- Measure campaign performance and prepare reports for creators, brands, and authorized GTFO personnel.
- Maintain connected accounts, refresh analytics, provide support, prevent fraud, and secure the service.
- Comply with law and enforce agreements.
Google API data
Creator Lab’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve the creator-facing features described on this site. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or permit humans to read it except with the user’s affirmative agreement, for security or support, to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
How we share information
We do not sell connected social-account data. We may share information with authorized GTFO staff and contractors, service providers that host or secure Creator Lab, and brands or clients involved in a campaign when needed to evaluate a creator, manage the campaign, or report results. These recipients receive only the information appropriate to their role and are expected to protect it.
Storage, security, and retention
Creator Lab uses business systems including Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and related security services. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information while an account or campaign is active and as reasonably necessary for reporting, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it according to our operational and legal requirements.
Your choices and controls
You may decline a connection, disconnect a service, revoke access through the provider, or request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information. Revoking a provider connection stops future collection from that provider but does not automatically delete information already stored in Creator Lab.
For step-by-step instructions, see our Creator Lab Data Deletion page. Google users may also review or revoke access at Google Account Connections.
Children
Creator Lab is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Creator Lab changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
