REFUND POLICY

GTFO is happy to offer a 15-day refund from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in new condition, in original packaging, for full refund. If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer's warranty, and reach out to them on behalf of our customers. The warranty of any product purchased can be found in the product owner's manual or online.

  • Buyer must supply the original sales receipt. 
  • All returned products must be in new condition, and in original packaging
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to either bring or ship the product back to us at their cost before a refund is issued.
  • We do not offer refunds on Gift cards.
  • There are no refunds on sale items.
  • There are no refunds on items purchased using discount codes
  • There are no refunds on custom-made products, such as Goose Gear plate systems, or Wild Top Truck caps. If you received the wrong product and it is an error on our end, of course we will take care of you.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

If the product purchased does not meet the needs of the customer, we will absolutely do our best to make it right for the customer. This may include an alternative product, or other means to create a positive experience for both the customer and ourselves. 

As long as the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund, MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. 

WARRANTY: For products that are being returned due to a warranty claim, GTFO will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf, to help sort the problem out. Please contact us first if you believe you have a defective product, as often we will want to ship it back to the manufacturer, instead of us.

GTFOverland is a privately held company in the state of California. Any use of our name and/or logo for any reason is strictly prohibited.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GTFOverland LLC, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
No part of this website and it's original content may be reproduced elsewhere without prior consent of the owner.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Although we do our best, some information provided to us by manufacturers may be inaccurate. We are not responsible for any claims made by any manufacturer. Please refer to our refund policy and/or the manufacturer warranty policy.
