We have brewed it using a variety of brewing methods and the cup profile manifests itself really well in either method.

This blend was designed to day view at the Northwest Overland Rally several iterations ago.
The blend consists of coffees from Papua New Guinea and Central America, blended to provide a cup profile with tasting notes of TOBACCO, MANDARIN and BERRIES.
