**Demo - Used tent, local pickup only, used less than 10 times, in great shape. Come and see it.**
If you've had a roof top tent before, you probably already know the things that make the biggest differences. How easy it is to set up, how easy it is to break down, and how nice the mattress is.
Area BFE took those things seriously with their tents, and made adjustments to them all to make the end product easier to use, faster to deploy, and of course, more comfortable.
With a velcro-attached cover, there's no more fighting to get that damn zipper to line. You literally just pull the cover down and stick it. This also makes it easy to take off, so after setup you can just fold it and throw it in the trunk or bed of your truck. That also means it's not going to be flapping in the wind all night, keeping you awake.
The mattress, although at the industry-standard 2" thicccc, is a much more dense, memory-foam type that doesn't leave your pelvis digging into the floor below. If you are a side-sleeper, you know what we are talking about.
Last, each and every soft shell tent comes with a skylight. If you have to ask why that's a bonus, you need to back up and rethink your view of the world.
They come in two sizes, 64" and 51.5" wide.
The lengths are the same when deployed, but the width differs.
All come with a nylon skylight, interior pockets, hanging shoe (or Crocs?) bag, and a telescopic ladder that will accommodate a roof height of up to 87"
Folded Dimensions - 51.5" x 43.5" x 8.5" - (Not including ladder.)
Mattress Dimensions - 86.6" x 51.5" x 2"
Folded Dimensions - 64" x 43.5" x 8.5" (Not including ladder.)
Mattress Dimensions - 86.6" x 63" x 2"
Tents, in boxes, are big. Like, really big. Because of this, it takes extra effort to make sure they arrive to you in a reasonable amount of time, and without damage.
